Mobitracker uses a paid subscription service and provide users with trial during a certain period. If you choose to continue with our service beyond the trial period, it will be upgraded to premium subscription plan. This subscription will automatically renew for the same term unless terminated. By maintaining your subscription, you authorize us to charge the corresponding fee to your selected payment method. You have the liberty to cancel your Mobitracker subscription at any time, and access to the service will persist until the conclusion of your ongoing monthly billing cycle. In the event of a cancellation before the billing cycle's end and provided that the service remains unused or unperformed, a refund may be facilitated. However, as per applicable regulations, refunds are not available for the current billing month once service has been rendered. Mobitracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Mobitracker will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Mobitracker or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Mobitracker.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mobitracker and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of Mobitracker or violation of these Terms of Use.
